Season and Products

Due to our own growing of potatoes and to the different varieties available, our farm is present on the market along the year and in season accordingly.
Vegetables too are put on the market soon after the harvest, in fact only if consumed fresh they keep clean their nutritional principles and mineral salts.
Our farm offers different kinds of packaging in order to satisfy at the most the demands raised from national markets and from overseas.

POTATOES

Growing and distribution of potatoes is our farm’s strong point. Thanks to the sweat and tempered weather in autumn we are able to offer to our clients not only the typical patata novella of Polignano (summer harvest), but also the patata bisestile which is grown on November and December. This last fresh and without-spire-potato is very much appreciated by the most demanding and health-attentive consumers.
Our farm is also involved in sustaining research of new varieties in line with the different kinds of cooking available on the market.

Varieties: Spunta, Bellini, El Mundo, Elodie, Agata, Nicola.
Packs: box cartone e gabbia legno 12,5 kg, vertbag 2-2,5 kg, sacchi polipropilene e juta, jumbo-bag, cassette di pooling pieghevoli e riutilizzabili.

VEGETABLES

Thanks to our long-standing experience and to our own cultivable lands, we are able to produce and distribute a large variety of vegetables always fresh and in season.

Our vegetables: aneto, foglia di quercia bionda e rossa, indivia scarola liscia, lollo bionda e rossa, prezzemolo liscio e riccio, sedano.
